Jeanne Rothenberg serves as a Vice President at NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. in Piscataway, NJ. Prior to joining in her current firm, she was employed by Grubb & Ellis for the past 14 years and served as a Vice President in the Office Services Group for the past 8 years . Jeanne specializes in representing tenants and owners in all aspects of commercial real estate leasing and sales with a focus on life science and technology. She uses her strong negotiating skills, market knowledge and over 25 years of experience to achieve extremely competitive terms for her clients. Jeanne has earned the prestigious CCIM designation, an advanced degree held by only 6% of the estimated 125,000 commercial real estate practitioners nationwide. CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. Jeanne’s diverse business background and creative approach provide her clients with expert representation in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions. She assists companies by assessing their real estate needs and offers effective economic and functional solutions.
